1、服务条款的确认和接纳
1.1本站的各项电子服务的所有权和运作权归无锡灵山文化旅游有限公司所有。用户同意所有注册协议条款并完成注册程序，才能成为本站的正式用户。用户确认：本协议条款是处理双方权利义务的契约，始终有效，法律另有强制性规定或双方另有特别约定的，依其规定。
1.2用户点击同意本协议的，即视为用户确认自己具有享受本站服务、下单购物等相应的权利能力和行为能力，能够独立承担法律责任。
1.3如果您在18周岁以下，您只能在父母或监护人的监护参与下才能使用本站。

无锡灵山文化旅游有限公司运用自己的操作系统通过互联网络为用户提供网络会员服务。用户同意：⑴提供及时、详尽及准确的个人资料。⑵不断更新注册资料，符合及时、详尽准确的要求。所有原始键入的资料将引用为注册资料。另外，用户可授权无锡灵山文化旅游有限公司向第三方透露其基本资料，但无锡灵山文化旅游有限公司不能公开用户的补充资料。除非：⑴用户要求无锡灵山文化旅游有限公司或授权某人通过站内信或电子邮件服务透露这些信息。⑵相应的法律要求及程序要求无锡灵山文化旅游有限公司提供用户的个人资料。如果用户提供的资料不准确，无锡灵山文化旅游有限公司有权保留或结束用户使用灵山会员服务的权利。用户在享用灵山会员服务的同时，同意接受灵山网络会员服务提供的各类信息服务，包括但不限于EDM、短信、手机端广告等服务类及营销类信息。
3、服务条款的修改
灵山官网会在必要时修改服务条款，如制订、修改本协议及/或各类规则向用户提供基于互联网以及移动网的相关服务的，应在本页面及其相应页面提前公布通知，用户应该定期登陆本页面及其他相关页面，了解最新的协议内容。变更后的协议和规则在本页面及相关页面公布后七天，将自动生效。如您不同意相关变更，应当立即停止访问灵山官网或使用灵山官网服务，若用户在网站协议和规则变更七日后继续使用灵山官网服务的，即表示您接受已经修订的协议和规则。
4、用户的帐号，密码和安全性

All losses caused by improper password storage shall be born by yourself. You have legal rights and responsibilities for activities, actions and events conducted under your ID, and you may not in any way transfer your ID to others, authorize others to use your ID, or trade ID with others.
